Amethyst - location unknown, have had this sample for many years.  

Apophyllite on Druzy Quartz - Jalgaon, India (Bought in 2010 from NikMak Minerals) 

Hemimorphite - Ojuela Mine, Mapimi, Durango, Mexico (Bought at the Miller Museum Mineral sale in 2010 from Daryl)
